Step 1: Make a Booking
Submit a booking request [here]. Once received, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and arrange your dog’s first day.
Step 2: Complete the Paperwork
This simply helps us get to know your beautiful dog, their routine and their needs so we can provide the very best care. We’ll send this through once your first day is locked in.
Step 3: First Day Drop-off
An agreed drop-off time will be set for your pups first day. Everyone is going to be excited - including us! While we usually keep drop-offs brief to maintain a calm and settled environment, please allow a few extra minutes on the first day for a friendly meet, greet and quick chat.
Step 3: Enjoy the Day
Once drop-off is complete, your dog will be gently introduced into the home and to any other dogs at their own pace. They’ll enjoy a balanced day of supervised play, rest and enrichment, along with plenty of individual attention. We’ll share regular updates and photos throughout the day so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, settled and well cared for.
Step 4: First Day Pick-up
An agreed pick-up time will be set for your dog’s first day. You’ll already know how much fun they’ve had from the photos and updates — but they’ll still be very excited to see you!
